Personal training session w/Cali @balancegym. Excellent workout. Started with dead lifts (I REALLY need to start paing attention to, and tracking the weight I'm lifting). Followed by an exercise where each set had a minute, so:
1st minute: 1 clean, 1 slam ball (squat, with 20 lb ball), rest.
2nd minute: 2 cleans, 2 slam balls, rest.
I made it up to 7 of each in 1 minute.
10 lunges with probably a 10 lb ball overhead
20 ab rotations with the ball...
then finished off with my 1:15 #plankaday
