    40 minutes elliptical + 20 minutes of various upper body, core and hip strength stuff. I used a different kind of elliptical than last time, and it didn't bother my calf at all.

      I strained my soleus muscle, so I've been out of running and in PT for over three weeks now. :( My PT told me I can try running this weekend -- in 30 second or 1 minute increments. So yay? It does feel a lot better now; but it's crappy timing for my June marathon.
