      I have struggled so much lately with my shins, and I actually found that if I run more often it's better (ironic, really!) I think too much rest time in between runs somehow tightens those muscles up. So hopefully you will see improvement as you get back into a routine.....Still an awesome effort with the walking in there - it all counts!!! It's still movement. ;)

    Good trainer ride with CES. The workout has some variation which was nice, although I sucked at standing sprints. We watched Wayne's World, which helped pass the time. Party on!

    Good workout! This felt easier for some reason this week for some reason. It was a small crowd today; I think the weather scared people away.

    Trainer rides and pool swims just don't inspire the same kind of Daily Mile narratives as runs on the lakefront path do. Felt okay. Watched Friday Night Lights. Meh.

      I hear you. Ice plus darkness plus work insanity is really crimping my running style. Good on ya for getting your workouts in, and especially for taking the time you need to get healthy.
