    Best run I've had in a while! No walk breaks, just a nice run through the neighborhood. Only felt the faintest of hip twinges after about a half hour.

      Thanks! I feel like I'm finally getting used to the training schedule. I had some days where I felt pretty worn out (and I'm sure I'll have some more). But now it's just starting to feel normal. Oh and this morning while I was on the bike trainer, Joey found a diamond engagement ring in Ross' coat pocket, so Rachel thought Joey was proposing. :)

      I bet you do feel worn out - that's exactly what I was wondering about. And, I love that episode! Glad to hear you're still watching. I heard there's a new episode of 'Serial' coming out too, following up on Adnan Sayed's case, but not sure when.

      Thanks! I really hope so too. I didn't push quite as hard as I would have had I done the workout on my own, but I definitely pushed harder than I would have just doing an easy run. Seemed like a good compromise.
