      I keep asking myself the same question! It's weird, normally when I do an Olympic tri, that's my A race for the year. It was weird to go into PP thinking of it as a "warm-up".

    Not great. Got to the pool late, and felt like I was dragging the entire time. Warm-up 200/200/200 swim/kick/pull, then 800 yards of swimming. I think I need to get more sleep.
