      Yeah, I'm the same way. I don't do well in the heat. I'm feeling a lot better about things today. I've reconciled the fact that this won't be the summer of gigantic PRs, that I am just enjoying easing back a bit, and that I haven't slacked completely.

      it was choppy on Sunday by the turnaround. I always get a bit freaked out when I get back the 3/4 mile sticks. It feels like you are going to get hit by a boat or something!
