Congrats! 18 miles! I am never a fan of long water breaks but always welcome a good bathroom break!

Thanks! Yeah, I kind of feel like for the bathroom breaks, you gotta do what you gotta do and sometimes that takes a while. But water breaks you should just be able to refill and go. Oh well -- I'll take my impatience as a sign that I was feeling good, which is better than the alternative.

  9. RUN
    good neighborhood run/walk 4.05 mi 00:45 11:06 pace

Ugh for some reason 14 and 16 were always tough runs for me. Good luck!

Good luck! For whatever reason, 15 has always been my nemesis. 14 and 16 are OK, but 15 can be a beast. So yay for your 14 tomorrow!
