    Great morning for a run -- nice crisp, cool weather.

    Met up with Sonja and Patty for a late morning 3:2 run/walk on the North Shore Channel Trail. Weather was gray and chilly, but fairly comfortable for me. Always nice to run with buddies.

      If you get to the end of the path where you would usually do the loop, you can keep going straight and you'll end up at Devon in less than half a mile. Take a left on Devon, at the trail is just over the bridge, at the first stoplight you'll see. It's weird the first time, but it works!

    Beautiful weather for a laid-back 5k. I ran with Brook for her first post-baby race. Her goal was 45 minutes, but she broke 40, so that was awesome. Followed it up with a nice brunch with friends.
