    I always say that swimming is the magical cure for any ache or pain. Today I learned that that does NOT apply to sinus headaches. Ouch. At least my hip felt good while swimming.

      Can't beat yourself up! As pacers we are still human and I think it is good for our groups to see when we DON'T necessarily have a good run.

      I agree with Whitney. I've never been a pacer, but I appreciate it when our coaches and pacers aren't afraid to let it show when they're having an off day. It happens to us all - just like those really good days do. Hope you feel better soon!

      Thanks Patty. Everyone in my group was super nice about it, but I still felt bad. Rationally, I know it's all right, but it's hard to shake that feeling. Even though I know I've lost some fitness, I also know that the cold I have has been aggravating my asthma and that was a major cause. Hopefully, some rests helps and next time I'll bring along my inhaler.
