    Ran/walked with Sonja in Winnemac Park at 3:30/2 intervals. Felt much better than my last couple of runs have! Also nice to have company.

      I don't think I realized it was your first time at the lake all year! I just assumed it had been awhile, but I guess the season hasn't been that long yet.

      Yep, I've been lazy about getting down to the beach and I've also been a water temperature wuss this year. I finally signed up for a sprint (Iron Girl) so I now I have more of a reason to get in the lake. Plus I remember how much I love it.
