      Having gone in a few times shin-deep to dip my feet in - yeah. That was cold. I don't know if it's Isny circulation pool cold, but definitely down there in temp. I hope the tri next week is better. I'm such a wimp. Good job today.

      Oh, there's been plenty of TV watching and pizza eating. And beer drinking. We're still is SW Michigan, and heading back tomorrow. Taking advantage of all the great breweries in the area. It's good to be a little bit active. The original plan was to do a 40 mile bike ride today, but we nixed that in favor of a shorter ride.
