This is a great easy workout to hit some stabilizer muscles and the core. 4 minutes on one side, 4 minutes on the next. I warmed up with 4 minutes straight ahead so that I got 7 reps on each side.

Foot is feeling better. It's time to try a short easy run, maybe today. :) Woo!
