Big group tonight. Ran a good tempo pace out to the park. But when Paul and I hit Campbell, I slowed a lot and I think it was the heat because the pace felt pretty comfortable up until that point. Ran slow around the lake and we stayed pretty easy on the way back. Overall, felt really good tonight. Did strides with Kyle after run.
