Decided at the last minute to go do this race with Marie. I knew it would be a really small turnout. They had no talk about the race until yesterday. They had the race to raise money for the Special Olympics. Ran in my trainers and took the lead about 2 minutes into the race and just treated it look a training run. Lots of fun. Stayed after and listened to some great bands, ate some good food, and saw an incredible fireworks show.
