good Fun fantastic fartleks in Keene 6 mi 00:45 07:30 pace

I love that word...fartlek. Maybe because I like any Nordic word. Or maybe it just sounds funny. Cutting back on the mileage a bit this week and emphasizing higher intensity workouts. Should be enough daylight at the ends of days next week for me to start doing longer mid week runs after work in Keene.
