    Headwind for the first miles. Lots of pack riding. Thinned out for the second half. Chain dropped on downhill portion. Fun ride and pushed it.

    Got into Sausalito and decided to visit Don and Jacque and JAX for half an hour before getting back on our bikes. Basically enjoyed the beautiful day.

    A clinic at AP for those who wanted to learn more about open water swimming and sighting. Great turnout and fun time. Distance and time are guessed.
