it was about 16 below freezing and i had about 20 pounds of stuff on. It was a pretty good workout though.

uhhmm...i kind of ate everything in sight. I just pulled everything out of the fridge when I got home and ate leftover spaghetti, scrambled eggs, pad thai...you know how i roll.

wow. I felt like crap the whole time. I felt like I was sprinting during the warm up but I was barely moving. Cadence and resistance were both low. Got a little better though.
