  1. Is anyone able to sync Dailymile with Garmin Express?

      I've been having a lot of trouble with it - I switched to Strava. :-( I'm not happy about losing my historical data, but their tools and Garmin sync are all much better.

      I'm already on Strava. I'm thinking about ditching Dailymile.

      Yea, I like it better already. They have a better calendar/log view, and also have the mileage tracking for gear - which is what brought me to Dailymile in the first place.

    Nice Father's Day miles. Longest run in a while. Feeling good! No soreness. Super humid out, so my HR was a bit higher than I wanted.

    Easy 5. Mixed it up and ran this at the higher end of easy. Tossed in some striders in the last mile. Felt good to run fast again!

    Easy 5. Nice easy run. Feeling pretty good this morning. I think I might bump my mileage up a little bit next week. Hip seems to be doing well.

    Easy 6. Went a little longer than I planned, but it was worth it to run a nicer section of the Lehigh Valley Trail with a co-worker. Hip still seems to be improving. Still not there yet.

    Easy 5. Felt pretty good today. Hip was still sore at the end, but I feel like I'm on the right track with rehab now.

    Easy 5. Was expecting this to be painful, but actually felt pretty good. Hit the foam roller and ice last night. Seems to have helped. I also nixed some stretches that seem to aggravate my hip.

    Nice easy 5 with a light drizzle. Was actually a pretty nice morning for a run. Anyway, hip feels a bit stiff, but okay overall. Decided to just reduce my mileage this week and see how it goes.
