    No Garmin...just ran. My first time out since Boston. Feeling better, but still congested. Legs were tired at the end. Sunday will be interesting ;)

      I felt horrible yesterday too...my dear friend made me a cake for my birthday and come to find out there were 5 sticks of butter just in the frosting!!! No wonder it was so good...birthday binge kicked my butt! Gained 3 lbs
