Johnson's Mound Forest Preserve (Hills)

I started running the hill at Johnson's Mound yesterday. It's a pretty intense hill, and I need this to mix up my training. I only ran the .8 mile route three time, and felt pretty good. At least the first time. The second lap was harder, and the third was a little better again. I'll go for more laps next week.
