Brick Run 5 mi 00:37 07:22 pace

Hit the run with a one mile climb out of the neighborhood. Wanted to lock into an easy pace for the first mile, mimicking what I would like to have happen at Kerrville. I then gradually wound the clock and ran the brick run progressive.
