Capping off "Wrench" week. 16 mi 02:08 08:01 pace

Wrapped up a high-mileage week across all 3 disciplines with a 16-mile long run. Wanted time on my feet (2+ hours) as much as I wanted mileage. Took the first 10 out easy in the 8:15 -8:20 range, then ran the closing 6 as a progressive set starting at 7:50 and ending at 7:26.

Solid run on another steamy hot TX morning. Have a great Sunday guys, I'm starving. Marruchella out!
