Lap Swim 2000 m 00:45 36:34 pace

1500 Meters Continous, :45 rest, 500 Meters.

Long, slow swim this morning - keeping the workout easy for race week, but getting in some good endurance work.

Bike later today and unfortunately, yard work o round out a hot day in Austin.

No swim here (nicely done Joe) but plenty of yard work in front of me too. Difference will probably be about 20 to 25 degrees though ...

Thanks guys. Need to keep swimming - by Fall I'm hoping that 1.2 mile swim feels like a warm-up for IM 70.3. @Jim, yep, we hit 101 yesterday, first day of the year over 100. There will be many more I'm afraid.

Okay - more then 20 to 25 degrees ... with the ocean breeze today (and us being less then a block away) we will see the low 70's as our high.
