Good sized group in spite of the chilly weather! 1mi warmup + 2mi fartlek + 2 mi tempo + 1 mi cooldown. No significant ill-effects from 3M - just a bit tired and stiff :-)

Fun non-stop workout! 20x(200 hard, 200 recovery). Averaged about 54 sec for the 200s - not super fast, but felt like I could keep doing them at that pace. 1.09 mi warmup and 1.07 mi cooldown.
