I'm exhausted. More exhausted than I ever am. I'm going to be paying for this tomorrow. I needed an extra mile so I ran around hart park track while there was a lacrosse game going on. That was a little awkward but what's a guy to do?

Joe can really move, but what he doesn't tell you is that he dresses like Paul McCartney circa '65 and has young ladies chase him. With a training tactic like that, I'd be fast too.
