    good Circuit and a 1 miler 1 mi

    Did a quick 30 min circuit. It's good for getting the whole body back into it a little bit. I'll be sore. Then did a 1 miler just to see if my legs still worked. They don't.

    Ran two legs of 7.2 and 3.8. They both kind of sucked and I walked a lot. Probably because I was in no shape to run this darn thing. No clue how fast I ran. Didn't use a watch. I am sore now.
