good Laps at the Y 1500 yd

Felt good to finally get back in the water. Kind of embarrassed that this is my first lap swim of 2012, but life's been a bit full lately. Definitely out of practice but about halfway through it started to feel smooth again. I did remember to check my HR (manually), after several dozen laps my HR was only 120-ish.
