This was my coldest night run of the season so far. My left knee tightened up a few times mid-run. I'm guessing either the sudden temperature change or residual effects from skiing last week. (or both) nothing too serious, walked for a little bit and it loosened up. Still, kind of annoying.

Clothing was fine, UA base, long sleeve zip top and long sleeve thermal top. Gator and hat. Tights with long shorts. I wasn't cold at all, even in wind. I tried the Leadville leather laces tonight, their the least conspicuous over black toe socks, but I had to adjust them halfway and they weren't as comfortable as the rope. I'll give them a couple more tries before switching back. , Weather: 27 °F, WC: 17 °F, 11mph SW, 50%
