two weeks of zero mileage and no training. thanks to my 60-hour work week and night shifts.. with that, i bid goodbye to my dream of running my first ultra (PAU T2N) two weeks from now.. sayang ang nasimulan na training :( but i know, in His time i will run that race.. if and when i'm ready :) and so, after a grueling 14-hour night shift, i went home and decided to do a short run to get my mileage going. now i have to doze off and be ready for another night duty later.. good day DMers!
