good Sawyer Camp 12mi 11.98 mi 01:30 07:31 pace

Had to do some family chores in the morning so started this run late (11ish). There was a ton of cyclists from the Tour de Cure near the trail head (corner of Crystal Springs Rd and Skyline (35)), since their turnaround point was at the entrance to Sawyer Camp Trail - it was a zoo.

Felt pretty good throughout the run, although it was a bit on the warm side. I ran a little slower than last week - must be the 8 miles I ran yesterday that left my legs a bit tired.

Those Tour de Cure people were everywhere! Sounds like a nice run regardless.
