      I'm proud of you for working at it. The swimming part is the #1 reason I will probably never be a triathlete. I just cannot imagine what it would take to get me to any level of confidence. You will improve this summer, I'm sure. The Beach is often pretty deserted, I've noticed. It's nice.

      Yeah, I think I'm going to have to make that a tradition (though an iced green tea may have been a better beverage choice given the heat!) That was a pretty strong incentive to get my butt out the door.
