  2. Did a short run with my wife today. So proud of her. Her first run. One day we can run a marathon together.

    Good, but got dehydrated faster than usual. I hate bringing water, but would have been been better today. Got new head phones since mine got wet with sweat yesterday.

    Took it slow today. Think I have a pulled hamstring behind my knee. Been soar for about two weeks. Otherwise nice weather and enjoyable run.
