      Flip turns are WAY scary. I never learned them either and I am too chicken to try. Even though I know how to flip, it's that wall being right there!

    I was not feeling good this run. My legs felt heavy like I was moving through mud. Maybe too soon after a long run and a long swim. I am getting old. I guess I need more recovery.

    pool was cold, but empty. I had a lane to myself the whole hour. Cant get much better than that. (Hopefully there was not a "reason" the pool was empty....)
