    I am back after a rough patch, I started a sub 4 marathon training program this week, (Runners World) It said to run my 4 @10m/m seems slow... but they are the experts right?

      Stay disciplined Jodie. What marathon are you thinking about. I am still toying with Wineglass yet. Not sure how much time I will have for the long runs. Maybe something a little more "exotic" down south. We will see.
