Everything was peachy until mile 3, when I started to get building chest pain. Had to stop and walk. Tried to start up again several times but the pressure would get to be too great and I ended up just turning around and walking home. I ran yesterday miles on a lemon Larabar and a bowl of beef barley soup, I'm wondering if I'm paying for it now. Ah well, hoping the next run goes better!

aye carumba...hope that the next run it is you making the larabars and soup pay.

ugh..hmm...that doesn't sound like the result of low cal intake, but good to rest, fuel and hydrate up!

Chest pain and pressure? Remind me to never eat Larabars ;-) Be careful, lady, chest pain is no joke. Might wanna get that checked.

Yikes. Hope you're feeling better. The heat out there could be a big contributor.

Sounds like what I did last week, too many miles, not enough fuel one day, then next day was almost a non-starter run wise. Eat more, maybe some pancakes! :)
