Back to the pool for a "tempo". 50 minutes- 10 warm up, 10 at "tempo" effort, 3 recovery, 10 at tempo, 3 recovey, 10 at tempo, and then cool down. Tried walking/jogging later in the day but started to feel discomfort after just a minute of jogging and had to stop. Need to wait longer. Darn.
