This was a good workout--I feel like I'm finally getting the hang of deep water running. Warm up for 10 minutes, then did 2 lengths "sprinting" and 1 length easy for the next 30 minutes. (Interrupted by a fire alarm toward the end of the workout part--which forced a little more recovery than I wanted or needed!), Then 10 minute cool down.
