great long 10 mi 01:23 08:19 pace

My running plan didn't call for a long run this week, but I didn't get enough easy miles in to hit the total mileage, so I turned this into a 10 miler. It was so nice and cool and beautiful outside, and I felt good, so I decided to pick up the pace over the usual long run. Splits were all over the place, in part because of the hills on my route: 8:54, 9:17, 8:24, 8:09, 8:05, 8:22, 8:32, 8:26, 8:14, 7:58. My left hip was still bothering me for the first 3 miles, but it feels fine now. And overall I feel great!
