What a difference it makes to have no humidity and music blaring....I went from running 8:45 to 9 min miles earlier this week and feeling awful (humidity, no music, etc), to doing what felt like the same level of effort yesterday and today and hitting 8:15/8:20. I probably should've run this slower as I'm hoping to get a long run in tomorrow, but it was just so beautiful and I felt good. One of the best runs in a long while!
