great Speedwork 4 mi

1 mile warmup, 3x800 at 3:26 (6:52) with 1/4 mile jogs. Felt good for most of it--the 800s pace on the treadmill is finally feeling a bit more comfortable (in other words I no longer worry about falling off the whole time!)
