Beat my last 10k time by a mile--literally! 7 minutes faster for a new PR of 45:44. My goal was under 50, so I'm really happy with my time! As for the race, it was a bit frustrating as there were no mile markers and I had no idea of my pace. But the weather and scenery couldn't have been more beautiful!

    Great job on your new PR! The Towpath is def. a great race to run, I've done 3 of their half marathons in the past.
