    Cold and wet out in Sydney tonight so we changed our 3 x 2000m to be a straight 6000m so we could all get home!!! I happy with my time given I smashed it a bit this morning in the spinning class! :)

      @Jill.... oh no. I hope you're ok. Are you now training for the full alone? Where are you doing your 30km? Ours is an awful hilly run from Centennial to Bondi up to Watson's bay and back.
