    Colder than I thought this morning. Right hip flexor niggle again but otherwise ok. Didn't run last week but worked on leg strength instead. Good to be back outside.

      A really good run does wonders for morale doesn't it? Really pleased and enjoyed the weights session too .. decided I need stronger everything but have worked hard on legs recently to banish niggles :)

    Good but ..yep you guessed it.. right hip flexor niggle again ..started at 9min this time. Definitely need to work out how to strengthen

      Oranges (pure vitamin C), and soup, and lots of water help shoot anything in my system when I start coming down with a cold. Hopefully that helps...Oh, and main component of all of that is to rest :)

    Very hot and sunny which most of the field weren't expecting. Nice course, flatish. Upset to see so many runners require medical attention. Thoughts and prayers go to runner I tried to help.
