I just spent about 15 minutes stretching and I'm going to try and make it a nightly habit. Tried a yoga video but the lady annoyed me, plus I couldn't "relax" with the dog right-in-my-face...literally. I'd look up and her nose would be two inches from me. She's a creeper and likes to stare. Any recommendations on how to loosen up a tight hamstring? I know basic stretches but they don't seem to help. It's been bothering me since my knee problem. I'm sure it's all related. Anywho...I'm off to eat some Cheetos, it's after nine so it's okay!
