    Yay! Things are finally picking up. Best pace at this distance. Still having piriformis niggles but I'm happy with progress.

      nice work...its hard coming back...I'm working so hard to do it right this time with correct running form and it is SOOO slow and frustrating!! I can tell it will be so much better, it feels better....but its so HARD!!! glad to see you're back up to speed....so to speak!!
