I think the postures are a little bit different than regular yoga? I like it, and there are tons of prenatal yoga video podcasts out there. http://www.prenatalyogacenter.com/cmps_index.php?page=free-yoga-videos - I like these ones the best, especially the hip openers since my hip flexors are usually super tight.
