    I needed to catch up for missing yesterday. It was a nice day, but for some reason I found myself watching TV from the treadmill.

      Been quite a while James. Glad to see you posting again. I've heard that the vibrams take some getting used to with the calves. My running's been real sporadic as I had back surgery last December and haven't gotten anywhere close to where I was. Glad to see you running!

      Gary, I hope you recover soon. Yea, the transition to the Vibrams takes patience. I do feel it's strengthening my lower legs so I consider it a good thing in moderation.
