    It was slow going on the slush covered sidewalks, but the bright sun made this an almost perfect day to run.

    This was a rare lunch time run. Ran in my zero lift Altra Repetitions. Felt good, but there is a bit too much cushioning in these for my liking.

      Been quite a while James. Glad to see you posting again. I've heard that the vibrams take some getting used to with the calves. My running's been real sporadic as I had back surgery last December and haven't gotten anywhere close to where I was. Glad to see you running!

      Gary, I hope you recover soon. Yea, the transition to the Vibrams takes patience. I do feel it's strengthening my lower legs so I consider it a good thing in moderation.
