    so i ran, had dinner, went to the gym and suddenly got motivated again.... Did weights after and 150 crunches.

    well, first run outside in about 12 years... maybe longer. Wow, i forgot what that feels like. I guess all in all i cant complain then since my best 4 mile time is about 34 minutes or so...

      Diane, i have been running about 2-3 days a week on a treadmill for a month or so... just saying, first time outdoors in that long. :)
