yes, there was 4 x 400 at 6:30 pace hidden in here ... but took the recoveries / warm-up / cool-down really easy since the hip didn't quite seem to be in the right place (felt fine when i was running, but not when i was walking to the treadmill). looking forward to having a track back so i don't have to do this workout on the treadmill.
