Run4Hope

After being sick for a week just before the race and the extremely cold weather we've been having, I really wasn't surprised at this time. This is definitely my personal worst.

That being said, this course is absolutely brutal. I ran the course four times. Well, I ran the course that was initially laid out four times. They changed the course TWICE the week prior to the race (added more hills - thanks).

Next half course needs to be a little (er - LOT) flatter. I need to get back to the sub-7 miles.

And, dammit, my feet hurt!
