    Barefoot strides. I'm still not sure if I'm fully sold on running barefoot, but it definitely makes things interesting.

    I am loving this extra daylight. Had to squeeze in some miles before the baseball game tonight. The time crunch obviously had a positive effect on my pace.

    Ok, so I ran the upcoming 5K route with my buddy Bill D. Here were our times:

    8:55, 9:27 (Bill had to take a laugh break), 9:24, 7:26, 7:16 and 6:55.

    Bill only ran three miles :-P

    I had to sweat out some of the toxins from the Atlanta trip. Burned 710 Calories then proceeded to refill the body at Buffalo Wild Wings, Tavern, Twist and Pub 71.
