  2. goodpuddle jumping run 4.29 mi

My spirit needed the run more then my feet needed extra time to heal. Today's run was definitely a fight. My feet haven't really healed at all and I just decided to run with the pain. My thought was that I wouldn't let this kind of pain keep me from ... read more

I hear ya gavin, I wasn't sure whether to run or not. Its not the kind of pain that will lead to further injury so I wasn't worried about causing long term pain. Hopefully it will be gone soon. Are you back in the midwest yet? beautiful weather

I forgot my 5fingers weren't at home so I thought it was a good time to test out true barefoot running. IT..........WAS............AWESOME. It felt even better then the 5fingers. It was about 30 degrees out and my feet were surprisingly warm as I ra... read more

Yeesh. I'm on the fence about the benefits of barefoot running. But five miles for your first outing, especially this time of year, sounded a bit reckless. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but you may wind up with very sore achilles as well as bloody feet. That combo could put you out of commission for awhile. Not worth it, I'd say. Be careful out there.

  9. goodsheboygan snow run 7.38 mi / 01:15 10:09 pace

Great run although my toes got extremely cold due to some melting snow that got my injinji socks really wet inside my vff's. Mr. Spring can come anytime now.

On a short getaway this weekend in Sheboygan, WI. I got to sneak away for a quick run and l... read more
