yeah, i am here for a training school for the reserves. its a little complicated. its a training base so the docs here are questionable to say the least, i would get sent off base to an ortho, but any time out of class delays my return. so its a no win...if i start ortho here i will have to stay i gotta just take it easy, ice and rest. i am gonna try some quad strengthening exercise and low impact. i have a really tight muscle behind my knee and some pain to the left and below.

Doing more weights might really help. If it there is some muscle imbalance issues that might be adding to it. Great job getting something workout in.

oh that is funny that you say that, sterling. my left leg (the mess) has a constant battle with PF, ITB and ahilles tendonitis issues. I have been to awesome chiropractors in germany when i was stationed there and a great physical therapist and have been able to manage it for the last two years on my own.....but now after stepping worng at the PFM the right ITB is acting silly...oh well. i took the day off to stretch and will spin abck up tomorrow. i hope to get in some longer miles even if i am abit

Wow, that leg is a mess! I think my PS which is on the right side started because of the PF in my left foot. I think it was from over compensating. Stretch and rest. Good for you!
