    First workout in months due to work/illness. Felt blah but glad to be getting back on track!

    Stretching, running, weights...and it all felt great! I think I hit my first runners high too.

    I think I may have pushed it a little too hard. I was a little dizzy during my cool down. So I may back off a little next time. Other than that i felt good!

    alright Treadmill Run 3.15 mi 00:44 13:55 pace

    Shins are really hurting. Stretched really well and even broke out a roller for the fronts and backs of my shins after the run. Felt better.
