Step & Yoga

1 hour each - step first thing this morning --- something is wrong with that AC unit! It got so humid about half way through the class; but still a great workout and great group of ladies.
Yoga - temp was fairly balanced; feeling more confident in my teaching abilities. Hoping to work up another routine over the weekend so I can alternate occassionally.
