    finally a good run, pace was slow (expected) but splits were negative, HR in control in zone 3 and did not get any signs of fatigue. God Damn it feels good to be running again.

    after a long battle of horomone replacement therapy I think sawbones has me back to normal. First run in months and it felt pretty good, hard physically but good mentally. more posts to come.

    Windy as hell for my first ride in several months. But Its done, as slow as it was... enjoyed that wind at my back for about half the ride.

      Great job getting in a solid 4 miles Jason!! You've had some issues to deal with! The 9 mm will be back with you soon. For the time being, I'd say don't worry about that. Just enjoy the fact that you are back running again. Nicely done!!
