Rib test, would say I am 68% healed. No real pain, just discomfort. A little more eliptikill and will try a bike this weekend, hopefully I will be running by next week.

Tomorrow is the 3M half marathon in Austin, Texas. Its all South running and weather is around 38 degrees with at most a 2mph wind out of the North. I smell a PR coming from this guy!

Now that I am running longer distances it seems my legs aren't warming up on the short ones as quickly...... Just a 5 today and was happy with the pace.
