    Rib test, would say I am 68% healed. No real pain, just discomfort. A little more eliptikill and will try a bike this weekend, hopefully I will be running by next week.

      Hey Jason, I'm not sure I understand your question. Is the schedule you list above what you are planning for the week of the half? If so, I don't think this is too much at all. But I would make sure that the runs are very comfortable. No intensity the week of the half.

  8. Tomorrow is the 3M half marathon in Austin, Texas. Its all South running and weather is around 38 degrees with at most a 2mph wind out of the North. I smell a PR coming from this guy!

    felt slow today but the pace was right on for my upcoming half..... its good to making my comeback ...healthy.... finally.
