    Worked up a good sweat for this 40 minute cardio workout. I averaged about 148 BPM for 40 minutes.

    Whew... I have some serious flexibility problems and it comes out in my running. My hips are so closed and legs so tight I have a hard time getting a good running form and it hurts my efficiency.
