Take that you stupid monkey get off my back, I am now officially under 30 mins. on my 5k yay!! PR for me, bad knee and lack of training go figure, but it seems to work for me, but it is going to kick my butt one day!! No knee pain, just couldn't breathe, gee do you think that is from my lack of training??? LOL!
