And just like that ... back to marathon training (for CIM in December ... with a "few" half marathon's before then too). Ran with Capn Jon , Kelly , Kat D. , Bill C. , Michelle, & Ramon. Felt good, but slow. Took the hills very easy, especially the downhill portions to avoid any jostling to my back.
